Abstract

This research investigates the transformative impact of positive organizational behavior (POB) interventions on nurse productivity and retention within healthcare settings. While previous studies have examined individual components of workplace satisfaction, this study introduces a novel integrated framework that combines psychological capital development, strengths-based leadership, and positive emotional contagion mechanisms.
