This study investigates the efficacy of a novel cross-cultural competency training program specifically designed for nursing professionals, employing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative assessment with qualitative analysis of patient-provider interactions. The research addresses a critical gap in healthcare communication by developing and implementing a comprehensive training framework that integrates cultural awareness, communication strategies, and implicit bias recognition.
