This research presents a novel computational framework for analyzing the complex role of nurse leaders in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within healthcare organizations. While traditional studies in this domain have relied on qualitative methods and survey-based approaches, our work introduces an innovative methodology that combines natural language processing, network analysis, and machine learning to quantitatively assess leadership behaviors and organizational dynamics. We developed a unique multi-modal data collection system that captures both explicit leadership actions and implicit organizational patterns through digital communication analysis, policy document assessment, and interprofessional relationship mapping. The methodology enables the identification of previously unrecognized patterns in how nurse leaders navigate the intersection of clinical responsibilities and DEI advocacy. Our findings reveal three distinct leadership archetypes that emerge in DEI-focused environments and demonstrate how computational approaches can predict intervention effectiveness with 87
