The role of nurses as patient advocates represents a cornerstone of ethical healthcare delivery, yet the systematic analysis of advocacy effectiveness remains an underdeveloped area of research. Traditional approaches to studying nursing advocacy have predominantly relied on qualitative methods, including interviews, case studies, and phenomenological inquiry. While these approaches provide valuable insights into individual experiences and perceptions, they lack the scalability and analytical precision required to identify patterns across diverse clinical contexts and patient populations. This research introduces an innovative computational framework that transforms how we understand, measure, and optimize nursing advocacy in ethical care contexts.
