This research presents a novel framework for implementing comprehensive customer due diligence (CDD) processes in private banking services, integrating quantum-inspired computational methods with traditional compliance protocols. The study addresses the critical challenge of balancing regulatory compliance with client experience in high-net-worth banking relationships. We developed a hybrid approach that combines quantum annealing algorithms for pattern recognition in transaction monitoring with deep learning architectures adapted from neuroimaging applications, specifically drawing inspiration from multimodal MRI and fMRI analysis techniques used in medical diagnostics. Our methodology represents a significant departure from conventional rule-based compliance systems by implementing a dynamic risk assessment model that continuously adapts to emerging financial crime patterns. The research demonstrates how quantum computing principles can enhance anomaly detection in complex financial networks while maintaining the personalized service expectations of private banking clients.
